Mac Technician, iHospital, Tampa, Florida 2016 to Present One of two Macintosh technicians to handle the Tampa market for the company with focus on rapid troubleshooting of all Apple devices, part ordering and turn around time. As Team lead, I trained new technicians in iOS device repairs and assisted as needed. Acted as liaison for corporate office and customers if needed. Senior Agent, Geek Squad, Milton, Ontario 2010-2012 Second in charge and making sure the entire team worked together troubleshooting, repairing and addressing customer concerns. Being a customer facing environment meant proper expectation and privacy measures were upheld. I was an Apple specialist but needed to address whatever was to be handled.
