Responsible for generation of Coach builder drawings with Vehicle level tolerances, bill of materials Preparation, Data management and release process activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

Tutor for 3D CAD modeling software (CATIA-V5, ANSYS and NX8)

Responsible to complete Industrial and Engineering students project in CAD and CAE Platform for Aeronautical and Automobile field.

CFD project - Flow analysis in automobiles outer body and predict the Drag values for different Profiles (Hatch back and Sedan) with ANSYS-Fluent.

CAD model had been created by CATIA V5, NX or SOLID Works and analyzed based on structural, thermal and fluid flow aspects with ANSYS Fluent.

Have to present a demo in 3D- sheet metal & Surface tools,2D – drawing & Stack up analysis and CAE – Structural, Thermal and Fluid analysis to visiting industrialist candidates.

Derived 10-20 seat business jet aircraft with the following basic parameters of aircraft layout . Lift to drag ratio, thrust argumentation, fuel efficiency, rate of climb, aerofoil selection, engine efficiency and range value with benchmarking of Boeing and Bombardier business class jet.

Main project:

Numerical Study of wake formation in wind turbine as in single and in group Designing horizontal axis wind turbine (HAWT) blades to achieve satisfactory levels of performance starts with knowledge of the aerodynamic forces acting on the blade.
