Dear Recruiter, Good morning.

My name is Diego, Brazilian, 32 years old, married and without children. I am sending my resume for consideration. I am looking for new challenges and experiences, I have availability and will above all else. I have a bachelor’s degree in information systems and a postgraduate in Systems Analysis. With about 8 years of experience working in companies with IT.

I am currently working in a large Brazilian bank as an assistant manager and I am a freelancer working and providing IT consulting, ITIL v3 Foundation, ISO 20000 and SCRUM Fundamentals Certified, basic knowledge in Java and SQL, also have an intensive English course. Currently studying for CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network.

My experiences are helpdesk, technical support, IT service management, support for internal and external customers, create and obey SLA's, create and maintain a database of known errors, troubleshoot problems avoiding incidents, preventive and corrective maintenance reducing risks, administration (Linux and Windows), virtualization of environments, remote support, stakeholder requirements analysis, creation of diagrams with UML modeling for developers, maintenance of databases with backup / restore, SQL queries, procedures, queries and triggers.
