Senior Manager Operational Excellence, Project Manager May 2017-Present

Reporting to the Vice President of Supply Chain, responsible for managing strategic Supply Chain high value projects. Program Management, along with Product Management and Sales, represent the three focal points of Celanese’s business strategy. High performing program manager consistently sought out to manage company’s strategic projects.

Lead and created first Global Program Management Career Framework that provided career path structure for all project managers. With the support of VP Program Management, operationalized Program Management Global Career Framework company wide. Project results demonstrated leadership strength and innovative creativity.

Lead Phase I of Medical Technology End-to-End Capabilities and customer expectation project. Phase I was to understand, identify, and document Celanese’s capability to meet supply contractual agreements with Medical Customers. Medical capability was identified as a strategic imperative of the Celanese EM business.

As part of a merger and acquisition, integrated the new acquired SO.F.TER Group into Celanese culture, SAP systems, and corporate processes. The scope of this project included all SO.F.TER’s US and Mexican locations.

Successfully implement a newly designed configuration process for the company’s SAP software to support the newly acquired Footwear business. Due to the success of this new design and configuration, the process is now being implemented in future product development and sample processes.

Went live with Italian M&A Integration into Celanese as planned, where the scope was significant larger and more complex, and skilled support resources were scarce. In spite of the challenges, customers’ orders and shipments were at 92% of normal in first month, and at 100% in month two. Hyper-care support was ended 60 days into the integration…30 days ahead of the original plan.

Lead and managed the BISSELL’s compensation and benefits agenda, designing solutions that meet the business needs and ensure the day-to-day is executed accurately and efficiently. Oversight of health and welfare, fringe benefits, total compensation programs, and Human Resource Information system integration to enhance controls, reduce risk, and maintain compliance.
