Dear Recipient:

Please take a look at my resume for a detailed look at my skills and experience. Here’s a brief summary of what I have to offer:

My relevant qualifications include being a board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. I am currently working for Visiting Physicians Association, working mainly with middle-aged patients and members of the geriatric population. I care for patients in group homes, private residences, and nursing facilities with a wide variety of mental and medical disorders throughout central Ohio. Prior to obtaining my Master’s degree, I worked as a registered nurse for the Ohio Health Corporation in Columbus, Ohio for 12 years. While employed at Ohio Health some of my roles included working as an administrative nurse for three years in the transfer center and nine years as a staff and charge nurse in the Neurological Critical Care. In total, I have worked as a registered nurse for over 25 years.

I genuinely feel that I would be a positive addition to your organization. Please contact me if you are interested in scheduling an interview or have any questions regarding my skills and qualifications. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to work with, and learn from your team to help members of the community regain their maximum level of health.

Sincerely,

Terri Andrews
