G Communications with an annual budget in excess of $14 million under my direction the tower division grew from 7 employees to 77 with a market presence throughout the United States. The Tower Division was structured as a self-performance services company with having trained and certified tower and civil crews. The company was successfully completed a large LTE and UMTS build out for AT&T. I also oversaw several subcontractor in these projects.

I was doing consulting work and contracting work in the Telecommunications Field which include Low Voltage to Cell Tower. Worked on Node B Integration, E911 Deployments, and UMTS Integration with Ericsson 3206 cabinets and RRUW’S, MU’S 3518, power plants installations, Civil and RF projects, Project Managements. Installed and Integrated Ericson, Nokia, Nortel, Motorola, Lucent and others. T1 testing and integration, EF&I Cell sites, Fiber Route and C/O LUM installs. Installed and maintained battery plants, equipment decom and removal, SCPA/MCPA integrations, RX-AIT integration, cell site systems integrations, microwave installs and integrations, WIMAX and WIFI survey and installation. New site builds, tower installations and contracting. Estimated man hours, materials, products for two way radios, RFQ’s, RFP’s and RFI’s.

I started my own company. My company was responsible for two way radio, cell site upgrades, and cell tower work, telephone systems PBX, KEY, VOIP, CCTV Systems, Sound Systems, DC Power Plants, Generators, Voice/Data and Fiber Optic Cabling. Tracy and Associates did 1.5 million dollars of re-cabling of the State of Georgia Capital in 2000. This included SCADA Systems, WFI-WMAX solutions, Burglar and Fire Alarms Systems. We kept on budget and had to do all the Project Management work on this job which included overseeing all the sales teams and techs.
