Dallas Medical Center – September 2017 to July 15, 2018 (Layoff)

Manager Medical Staff Services –450 Provider hospital, start-to-finish in house credentialing with a department including: (1) Manager and (1.5) Coordinators. Conducts all aspects of Medical Staff Services department. Credentials, MEC, Annual Medical Staff meeting prep, attend, generate minutes. Process complaints against practitioners, conduct interviews, and recommend action to MEC and Quality department.

Methodist Richardson Medical Center – April 2017 to September 2017

Medical Staff Coordinator – Responsible for all aspects of the Medical Staff Office, Credentialing, I work with my CVO to process my files. Review and prepare files for CC, MEC and Board. Worked closely with doctors from all committees. Department, Credentials Committee and MEC meeting prep, attend meetings, generate minutes. Received complaints on doctors, conducted interviews and worked with management to process contingency of appointment if necessary.

Worked with Quality department to create FPPE/OPPE program.

Methodist Hospital for Surgery - September 2010 to March 10, 2017

Medical Staff Coordinator – Sole coordinator. Responsible for all aspects of the Medical

Staff Office starting 1 month prior to the hospital opening. Created all processes and work flow for the office. Total of 485 active providers.
