To whom it may concern,

Greetings! Here is a copy of my resume and an updated cover letter. I have been enjoying my time in Western Carolina’s College of Engineering and Technology and hope to learn as much as I can before I graduate this spring. During my time here, I have become very proficient using 3-D modeling software. In order for you to better understand me, here is some background information about my career path to date. I transferred from Surry Community College where I obtained an Associate degree in Computer Integrated-Machining. During my time at Surry I had the opportunity to help instruct three classes in machine processes as part of a work-study. After Surry, I had the opportunity to do two maintenance technician apprenticeships with a company called Weyerhaeuser. I learned a great deal of hands on knowledge as well as how a 24/7 manufacturing facility operates. This past summer I also worked with Weyerhaeuser as an engineering intern doing process control engineering. I worked with Allen-Bradley PLCs and learned substantial knowledge about process control and electrical components.

Thank you for your consideration.
