I have a diverse amount of experience, from working Customer Service in Retail as well

as Shipping and Receiving and Operations Management. More importantly I worked for Apple which made me really dialed in on customer service. The biggest thing I learned there, was that no one can know everything and everyone on the team has their strengths. The important thing is that the customer leaves happy. Apple also started my tech support journey by promoting me to Genius. After working for Apple, I became contract IT Consultant in Oklahoma City. Broadening my knowledge into the Windows paradigm. I have contracted with MSPs before. I enjoy the work. It’s different every day, and I like that I’m constantly learning something new. My Google-Fu is on point. I’m a quick study, and currently actively pursuing a degree in Cyber Security. Eventually, I hope to branch out into Pen Testing via an OSCP Cert. Thank you for your consideration.
