SQL Mini project from ITpreneur Data System Pvt. Ltd entitled “Report Generation for Video Application”

Summary: A set of database tables was built for a video application. After creating tables, insertion, updating and deletion of records was done in a video store database and a report was generated.

A total of five tables were created on which the above operations were performed. Title table had the description of the movies. Another table named title copy had the status if the movie was available or not. The rental table had the details of the book date and returned dates for the movie. Another table named Member, contained details of the person who rented the movie. The last table was Reservation which stored details about the reservation dates for a particular movie.

When a customer queries for a movie, the title table is checked for the movie description. If he seems interested to rent the movie, the title copy table is checked to ensure its availability. If it is available, the related/dependent columns are updated and if it is not available, a message stating its unavailability is displayed.

PL/SQL project from ITpreneur Data System Pvt. Ltd entitled “Online Shopping Kart”

Summary: The “Online Shopping Kart” solution will provide new functionality which will enable new and existing merchant to sell their product through online media with different offers and discounts on his products. It also helps the customer to choose the required products with variety of option among the different brands and rate.

We are working on The Finance Module, which ensure that transactions are processed correctly, with the correct revenue split between the company and Merchant. Finance module also calculates the VAT, Commission and merchant payment for each transaction.
