Daily activities consist of meetings with the client and subcontractors to review projects HSE performance coordinating daily activities for overall safety compliance. Weekly and Monthly progress meeting with Client's Vice presidents and CEO's to address any concerns that may arise along with reviewing the HSSE performance of all contractors and implementing ways to continuously improve the safety performance as a whole. Daily meetings with Petrofac Project Director and Construction Director regarding site concerns and advising ways to reduce any potential risk associated with their scope of work. Other areas of responsibilities are the management of the doctors and clinics, training facilities, security, IVMS monitoring systems and EPC site HSSE managers for green field and brown field activities. Main role to provide highest quality Project HSSE management for Petrofac and all its subcontractors at the ASAB FFD project. Together we achieved Twenty Five million man-hours without an LTI.

Provided overall HSSE Management coverage of the GTL gas to liquids project at Ras Laffan. Daily activities consist of coordinating with the client and J/V on all safety activities relating to the construction of the plants utility and process sections. Continuous monitoring of site audits and inspections of all sub-contractors and CCC direct hired employees. Record and analysis information on injuries, damage, and production loss. Assess accident trends and review overall safety performance. Manage and review all method statements and contract procedures to assure health safety & environmental compliance within the laws of Qatar and NEBOSH. Implement and write new HSSE policies to adjust for any identified hazards. Established a transportation plan for more than 23.000 plus laborers commuting on and off site via company vehicles including the over site of two transport managers and their associated daily functions. Conducted weekly site walks with the client, evaluating site safety performance. Reviewed TSTI/AHA's/JSA's with the engineering staff, safety engineers and management to assure that the program has covered all potential risks.
