HR Manager for industrial coatings, paint and fabrication company affiliated with Caterpillar and Schlumberger with four locations in GA and 2 locations in TX with approximately 200 employees.

Revised job performance review process, job descriptions and implemented safety committee, employee of the month and supervisor training. Staffed a facility in TX.

Responsible for HR and training recertification of ISO 9000.

Human Resources Director 2008 - 2009

Blaze Recycling & Metals Norcross, GA

HR Director for one of largest metals recycling company in the southeast with processing facilities in Florida, Georgia & Alabama with approximately 350 employees at 7 sites.
