Over 12 years as an IT Director (UT doubled in size during my employment) with increasing responsibilities supporting ERP system software / hardware, satellite systems, websites /portals and learning management system. Provided leadership, budget preparation, maintained vendor relationships and performed project management.

Reflectone (acquired by BAE Systems and later by CAE, Inc.) was a publicly listed company founded in 1939 that sold flight simulators to the military and provided pilot training on their premises and satellite campuses. Additionally, motion simulators were also provided for the amusement industry (Busch Gardens, SeaWorld, etc.). 1995 sales was $170.5 million.
