I am an excellent technician and teacher/instructor. I hold the USMC equivalent of a CCNP. I have completed all aspects of information technology implementation; such as PBX, routers, switches, firewalls, servers, wiring and the complete information technology infrastructure in many projects. At the Oklahoman I have installed, operated, and administered the offsite Data Center and performed the buildout and installation of the new Downtown location in Oklahoma City. The Data Center and Downtown implementations and buildouts included installing and configuring Cisco routers, ASA firewalls, Catalyst VSS and non-VSS switching, Nexus 5596 DC switches with 16 Fex modules and F5 load balancing. The voice implementation also included Cisco Call Manager, CUC, UCCX, CUIC, CMS, Wallboard, and Social Miner. Primary duty hired for and accomplished was to train and move a large imaging system with UNIX servers and optical storage from Manhattan, NY and implement it in Dallas, Texas. During this tour of duty I also was deployed to Somalia attached in support of the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force to provide all aspects of data communication, voice communication and to ensure all other IT systems were functional for the theatre of all UN forces.
