Multiple locations were recognized as the best fitness facility in their respective areas. Developed new programming and introduced innovative fitness areas to fitness clubs.

nWorked closely with the Gold’s Gym Franchise Association and International Health and Racquet Sport Association to develop different strategies to increase the population to exercise more.

nResponsible for the management of all aspects of the business including the management of all staff, at peak 350 employees.

nDeveloped collection plan for all revenues with third party vendor for all reoccurring and personal training revenues to obtain a 98% collection ratio.

nResponsible for the construction management of new facilities and negotiating of all aspects in that area as wells the lease itself. Directly worked with landlords, contractors and designers to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
