Recent & relevant experience with Last handled Duties and Responsibilities: Previously, my most of the duties were Proof reading / Editing medically Transcribed notes by Jr. Transcriptionist after listening medical voice files dictated by Doctors and Physicians.

In NMC DayCare Surgery Center (in Radiology Department) and In NMC Royal Hospital (in Emergency Dept.), I worked as an Assistant to the doctors under Administrative level, and in support services category. There, I was provided with desktop computer, landline phone, Xerox, printer and scanning machines. There my duties and responsibilities were following: 1. I used to type Medical notes, which includes diagnoses, history and physical, impression, discharge summaries, clinical suggestions, etc. also for consultation dictated by Radiology Specialist & Emergency department doctors and had to maintain that reports.

2. I used to help doctors preparing their official notes and reports including letters, etc. And, to enter data for Ambulance Transfer maintenance sheet. 3. I needed to attend the phone calls to receive the important information regarding the concern shortages or requirements, and then had to raise the ticket

(complaints) to response back for that by typing, recording, taking printouts, scanning, etc.

4. I also took responsibilities, which made by, of nursing department to type and create data entries for their files.

4. I used to report about the defects and necessities of any infrastructure / materials in the office / department to the concern authority and by their instructions, I need to send emails and call backs. PERSONAL PROFILE:
