Job Profile: Providing UPS and LT Power distribution panel solutions in technical support department for with Vertiv Energy Private Limited on the payroll of Eureka Outsourcing solutions Pvt. Ltd.

The job primarily involves:

Scrutinize the requirements on tender and design the technically competent & cost effective solution for UPS and input & output LT power distribution panel.

Study/review of tender documents, scope of work, drawings, BOQ, specifications, client’s requirement and etc. from the tender documents for proper estimating works.

Preparation of BOM, SLD, technical specifications and compliances as per requirements. Also identification of specific deviations/modifications associated with tenders.

Site visits and pre bid meetings for clarification on actual requirement.

Negotiation for prices with different vendors for cost effective solution.

Preparing price analysis, proposed vendor list, data sheet and qualifications as applicable.

Attend meetings, trainings as scheduled or organized by management.

Responsible for follow ups of quotations, sales orders, order placing in factory, documentations and material dispatch at site.

Responsible for technical clarification to purchase order and purchase order amendment as per solution provided.
