Experience Summary: Have an overall experience of 6 Years and 8 months which include in Project and Maintenance after commissioning in cement plant.

Project (October 2011 February 2013) - Star Cement Meghalaya Limited Clinkerisation Unit, 5300 TPD (STAR Cement).

Job Profile:

Erection and commissioning of 4 nos. of Stacker Reclaimer (Make :- NHI China).

Erection and commissioning of Belt conveyors, Air slides & Bucket elevators.

Maintenance (February 2013 till date)

Job Profile:

Ensure maximum availability of equipments through proper maintenance in the section L S Crusher capacity 1200TPH, Shale crusher capacity 600TPH & Stacker Reclaimer (May 2015-till date).

Ensuring smooth running of plant as a Shift engineer (February 2013-April2015).

Identify and carryout various modifications required for system improvement wherever feasible.

Root Cause Analysis of repeated breakdowns.

Plan for Scheduled maintenance as well as Shutdown Maintenance under the guidance of Section In-charge with proper manpower utilization and inventory control.

Maintain records and documents in compliance with ISO standards.

Raising purchase indents of spares and follow up of the same.

Involved in quality inspection of received spares.

Preparation of monthly presentation specifying maintenance hours, breakdowns and maintenance cost compared to set targets.

Have adequate working knowledge of Pyro section:-

Cooler plate replacement.

Kiln outlet tip casting replacement.

Cooler clinker breaker hammer & Grisly bars replacemet.

Replacement Secter plate and toung plate.

Replacement Bucket elevator head drum, bar drum, Belt and Bucket.

Belt conveyor idlers & belt replacement.

Preheater cyclone immersion tube repacement.

Maintenance of Stacker reclaimer:-

Reclaimer chain and bucket replacement.

Stacker & reclaimer hydraulic cylinder replacement & Cylinder seal replacement.

Cooler clinker breaker hammer & Grisly bars replacemet.

Maintenance of LS crusher & Shale crusher:-

LS Crusher Blow bars replacement.

LS Crusher grinding path replacement.

Belt conveyors gear box Gear replacement and coupling repacement.

Steel chord belt replacement.

LS crusher grinding path modification done.

Reclaimer Harrow, bucket and guide channel modified.

LS Crusher discharge modified.

Surge hopper modified to avoide frequent wear of hopper plate by fixing scrap Ball mill difram liner plate.

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Vindhya Institute of Technology and Science, Satna with 69% in June-2011.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic College, Satna (MP) with 67%

SSC from Rewa MP with 53%.
