SELECT PROJECT EXPERIENCE

ArcGIS Application, Cache la Poudre Watershed Runoff

Collaborated raster data for yearly averages for effective rainfall in basin and Poudre River flow rates.

Designed elevation and slope analysis using Spatial Analysis. Simulated flood effects of 100-year storm in Fort Collins, CO.

Green Street Design, Senior Project, City of Fort Collins, CO

Reconstructed one-half mile of Remington Street to infiltrate and treat local storm water.

Worked theoretical implementation; new project underway as of 2015.

Created three alternative designs. Measured effects of each and used MCDA model for cost analysis.

Pump Stations and PRV Stations

Designed multiple pump stations and pressure reducing valve (PRV) stations within Garden City, UT for a full water master plan.

Implemented SCADA networks for the system master plan.

Estimation of Groundwater Resources in the Republic of Marshall Islands

Applied empirical model to calculate maximum lens thickness for each atoll island, and compared to existing field data.

Created a report to be submitted in a scientific journal, defended the work for Master’s thesis, and presented at 2016 PNWS-AWWA Conference.

Water Modeling for City Developments and Master Plans

Created and modified culinary water, stormwater and wastewater / sewer models for multiple cities in Utah and Idaho, including Twin Falls, Hagerman, Logan, Smithfield, Nibley, Hyde Park, and Richmond.

Implemented both CAD survey data and hydrologic data through ArcGIS and HEC-RAS for stream modeling.

Redesigned entire stretch of one-mile stream along highway in Spokane, WA, maintaining the floodplain conditions through current FEMA standards.

Passed Proffesional Engineering (PE) Exam, Registration Pending on February 2019
