LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION

July 9th 2014

To Whom It May Concern,

Allow me this opportunity to recommend Alan H. Richman for a Senior Management Position in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Process, Quality or related fields. I had the opportunity of working with Alan for over 5 years when he reported to me when I was a CEO and President of a multi-million, multi-national design and manufacturing firm.

I retired in February of 2014 after selling my company in February 2010, and I was sorry to hear Alan was caught in a reduction and has been released from his employment. Alan was instrumental in getting the Supply Chain and Manufacturing fine-tuned, such that under his stewardship the company experienced 100% on time delivery with the lowest rate of warranty returns in its respective industry. If you are looking for a guy to go have a beer after work or play golf in the afternoon, Alan is not your guy. But if you are looking for a guy who will watch your back, roll up his sleeves at any project no matter how un-pleasant or complicated, Alan IS your guy. In addition he successfully managed the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Final Assembly facility that served a worldwide market. Alan also inserted himself when requested in other projects such as managing with those same experiences to software products. He took the leadership position to get the company SSAE 16 compliant for the first time; a non-trivial task.

Personally, I am pleased to recommend Alan for his thoroughness, integrity, and tenacious work ethics. If I was reengaged in business and had an opening, Alan would be first on my mind as a candidate. I am certain he will be a valuable adjunct to any management team.

Respectfully,

Peter C. DiMaria
