• Consistently achieved goals of $16 million in sales annually and oversaw extensive $25 million renovation project Lancaster Host Resort and Conference Center, Lancaster, PA July 1994 – February 2001 General Manager / Fine Hotels Inc.

• 27 acres in Amish country with 330 guest rooms and suites, a 27 hole golf course, 72,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, three restaurants, a nightclub and lobby bar
