PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Worked at Microsoft as a Lync/Skype for Business engineer since September 2013. Lync/Skype for Business is a Microsoft product used primarily for Audio/Video calls/conferencing, Application sharing and Instant Messaging.

It also incorporates many other features within and across corporate. Trained by Microsoft in Active Directory(basics), Networking(basics), SQL(basics) client management and global culture especially US culture.

Currently working with Atlas Communication Technology, as a Skype for Business Solution Lead. Involved in activities such as deploying/decommissioning, planning, implementing various Skype for Business infrastructures for clients. Also involved in troubleshooting escalated Tier-3 level Skype for Business issues for the clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

●Working with various teams in Smart IMS/Microsoft as a part of collaboration.

●Worked on OCS 2007 R2, Lync 2010/2013/Skype for Business deployment and support for several clients.

●Worked with clients who have their Lync/Skype for Business servers on virtual platforms like Hyper-V and VMWare.

●Currently working and supporting numerous clients with Skype for Business 2015 infrastructure.

●Currently working with Atlas Communication Technology as the Skype for Business Solutions Lead, supporting various clients starting from design to implementation and support (L3 support).
