Task and Responsibilities

Worked on TVET infrastructure management project, developing Bulk services and essential maintenance survey, TVET Annual Maintenance plan, and preparing training materials for workshops focused on infrastructure management personnel from TVET colleges. NIAMMS was the main standards adopted by this exercise. Other responsibilities were as mentioned hereunder:

Developing guidelines for Costing Methodology (QS engagement and bottom-up approach)

Monitoring Procurement and Employment at new Construction sites
