November, 2010 to Feb.2018 0f I am working in k.k.fibers Ltd.(A unit of shiva group,Ludhiana) Kala amb, himachal pradesh as a G.M (Commercial & administration) and looking all Commercial & administrative activities (Store & Store Purchase,yarn sales and purchase, Accounts, Raw Material, Excise & Customs,H.R.policy and activity,time office management and industrial relation etc). K.k.fibers Ltd. a leading manufacturer of polyester fiber(recycle plant) & NW fabric.

Deepak spinners limited,baddi as a assistant general manager (Commercial) since april 2004 to Nov.2010, A leading manufacturer of spinning of P/V, Acrylic and Blended yarn, I am responsible for entire plant/factory Operations which includes commercial, Administration, Marketing, Purchase, Export, Import, Plants Accounts, and Functions. I was reporting to president of the company.
Entire Commercial/Marketing activities, which includes development of Market on all India bases & also supervise the execution of contracts as per their delivery schedule, & sorting out various problems with the customer during the execution.
Monitoring of Sales execution (export/Domestic), Invoicing and Control on receivables. Proper arrangement for storage of finished goods.
Monitoring of Total Production plan in coordination with marketing & production dept. Vendor Development, Material Planning and control, of Raw Material fibers Polyester, Acrylic, Viscose etc. control of inventory i.e. Raw Materials W.I.P and finished goods, Store management Value Analysis, Ordering, Store Accounting etc.
Proper storage of all raw materials required in processing of our works.
Venders Development, Materials planning & Control of Store, Inventory, Purchase which includes procurement of machineries, stores & spares Packing Materials etc. Value Analysis, Ordering, Store Accounting etc.
Responsible for day to day Factory Accounts activity of the plant.
Budgeting & monitoring Performance vis-à-vis Budget.
Compliances of various laws such as Sales Tax, Central Excise and Local Taxes etc. Interaction with the authorities from range to Commissioner Level.
Inter department coordination for optimizing: Production, Cost Reduction, and Realization.
Disposal of scrap and rejected material & organizing auction of rejected material.
Logistics: Fleet Management, Inventory Management, safety Compliances.
Fire Fighting, Welfare, Transportation & Vehicles management, telecommunication, Office equipment & furniture etc.(Canteen, Medical, Housekeeping), 2000 employee s being managed functionally.
