•Operation & Maintenance for the all Mechanical and Electrical systems and Perform All kind of services activities including, such as for BMS System, HVAC Controls, Chiller Plant, Cooling Towers, Heat Exchanger, AHU System, Fire Alarm system, Lighting Control, CCTV System, Access Control System, Emergency lighting System, Elevators, Chilled water treatment, Water Tank Cleaning, Pest Control, House Keeping, etc.,

•Interface and coordination with Sub-Contractors for repairs and maintenance, Monitoring and Scheduling the Annual Maintenance Contracts and Receive Maintenances Calls from Clients and Tenants, Assigning Technicians, Follow Up Emails for Facility, Maintaining the Services Reports day to day for the all Maintenance services activities entering in the facility software,

•Monitoring Alarms/Events and Ensure that the System working properly and efficiently

•Co-ordination for third party service team’s visits to the facility.

•Generating and printing reports for Planned Preventive Maintenance

•Data logging of the day to day facility service activities done by service time

•Responsible for the monitoring of fire detection alarm system, such as smoke detector, heat detector, sprinkler, and emergency exit alarm.
