IT Business Partner- Supply Chain using Microsoft Dynamics ERP:

Design the process flow required for seamless integration of Wildcraft’s ERP with 3PL WMS software for the entire warehouse operations.

Identify and suggest modifications required for using ERP in Purchase and Planning function.

Developed an end to end tracking mechanism in the ERP to enable Purchase Manager to review and reconcile Vendor Invoices.

Developed an end to end dashboard for tracking Reverse logistics

Operations Manager (Planning and Procurement):

Plan material purchases, resolve discrepancies, issue supplier metrics and manage payments to vendors.

Assisted Sr. Planning Manager to achieve Business Fill Rate:

oReview Sales Plan and correlate to the forecasted plan and Budget. Approve deviations if any.

oReview BOM structure and carried out Raw Material Planning for season launch/NPIs.

oPlace orders with purchase team and ensure timely delivery of material to CRM.

oRelease indents to production and follow up till product is available for billing.

Manage purchase order reporting in ERP.

Project Manager:

Spearheaded the project for setting up new Warehouse(WH) in collaboration with 3PL partner –

oData Analysis and Forecasting, Floating RFQs, Shortlisting, Warehouse Design, setting up of process, Integration of ERP and 3PL WMS, testing, IT infrastructure, abiding with statutory requirement, Go live and post go live support.

Designed a detailed process note covering SLAs/Country wise requirement/RACI matrix for handling new Sales Channel-Exports. It involved aligning 7 different functions.

Understand GAPs and rolled out process note for handling returns order management for our online business channel. Unaccounted returns got reduced to Nil in a span of 6 months.
