eCoRepair (thin client) and FastRepair (thick client) are On-line multi-user applications meant to provide Service Assurance. BT provides telecom services to the industry (Communication Providers, CP). CPs use these applications to report faults on the services provided by BT and track the progress of fault till fault closure. eCoRepair/FastRepair is a highly visible application within BT as that is exposed to industry and any issue with the application are reported to Eligible to work in the U.S. for internships and for full-time employment for up 36 months without sponsorship. OFCOM (Office of Communication) which can cause a lot of penalty to BT hence leading to escalation to BT senior management. This application caters to 4 different area of business within BT.
