Managed weekly Triage Defect ticket call with Juniper Contrail to review report of release delivery, re-spin delivery, and closed issues with lead Solution Engineers.

Established Bi-weekly internal stakeholder stand-up to review must fix defect tickets and capture internal stakeholder’s position on key items.

Assist program with planning and forecasting on release packages that support Program Managers effort with the management of separate project s, their initiatives and individual lead project managers’ effort to track LAB deliverables, as well as all overarching program schedule subtask.
