Custom Led illumination and pc board assy. detailed part/print creation on Solidworks for the 3 machine build, lead on the floor construction and physical building of the prototype runs.

11/16 –2/17 Contract, Superior Automation, Mechanical engineer, Wet station design, Fabrication drawings for large assemblies, plastic and stainless components, detail part design/bom, cleanup of prior files and system organization.

3/16 – 10/16 Contract, Design and Consult for AES Engineering, Semifab Inc., Quality machine and design, LaserMarks Inc., Alterlume Inc., Square1medical, San Jose, 3d part model and assembly model projects with documentation.

6/14 - 2/15 Dolby Labs, contract for the design modification and build run of their latest Pulsar2 monitor, utilizing Solidworks, PDM and the modifying of received components, 3D printing of prototype non-metallic parts, vendor manufacturing and shop expediting/interaction.

2/11 - 11/13 Semifab Inc., Custom Semiconductor Machine designer, streamlined the Prototype design of several semiconductor machine builds, robotic work cells, redesign ongoing contracts, automated Cardiac valve test fixations utilizing pressure transducers to inspect leaflet bovine profiles, fixtures and freeform CNC profiles for customers tooling needs, FEA load analysis on various multi part configurations, created numerous sheet metal enclosures, ducting and weldments, team lead effort on several projects utilizing Solidworks, additionally used Autocad for electrical panel layouts for the build, created floor assembly instructions and Boms.
