Other Projects which I involved in my experiences:

E-leave management: E-Leave Management is web and mobility based application in which I have an experience. We can manage our leave process and Leave details in this application. This application can be utilized by all kind of organization for their employees with have a little bit of variation depend on their requirements. Employees get unique id and password for access the application and know about the availed and balance leave statistics.

Armada: Armada Brands (Middle East) L.L.C. intends to move towards Vendor Managed Inventory concept. The scope of application is to plan the demands and supply of items to a few of their suppliers. Each month, based on the status of the market or supplier this plan is made. Here status is the amount of product they have circulated to their customers and actual sales made by them. This monthly planning model brings down the inventory carrying cost of the Distributor, so that Armada can plan their production based on it.

Genesis: Genesis Integrated Planning and Forecasting Tool is a windows based application. The scope of this project is to manage and maintain the daily consuming products, which improves possibility to avoid the wastage. User can adjust the level of production to their corresponding distributor based on the status of market level.

CRM (Customer Relationship management): The Genesis CRM application is used to gather feedback provided by consumers. They use a hotline and a dedicated email addresses to receive the complaints. They use CFA (Customer Feedback Application) an existing complaint module in Customer Connect via the complaint type selector. The consumer can fill-in a form containing feedback details which lead investigation based on it. User can upload documents pertaining to the feedback received. The user can assign investigation requirements to people in the company and follow up or its status (open or closed). The system allows the user to type a resolute decision and attach documents. The decision made is later logged in the system.
