Professional Experience & Qualifications

*15+ years of Supervisory and leadership experience working with individuals/families with developmental disabilities or individuals/families that were socially disadvantaged.

*Ran an agency where I hired, Trained, Mentored, Supervised Project Coordinators and Staff/ Employees to become Peer Recovery Support Specialists, Job Coaches, and Team Leaders,

Therapist/Independent Contractor – Independent Contractor with Agencies of Tulsa 2011 to 2014, Doing Intakes, Treatment Plans, Individual, Group and Family Counseling with Children, Adults and their Families at School, Home or Private Secure setting in the community.

Private Pay Case Manager – Avalon Community Treatment Center (Private Prison) Private Pay Program – 03/2000 – 09/2000 – Worked with Offenders who had been incarcerated for non-violent crimes such as DWI, DUI, Chemical Dependent Individuals who were sentenced to go to Drug Court and to work FT to be able to participate in the program as an alternative to prison, Did Orientations for Inmates coming into the program and their Treatment Plans for them to participate in Treatment Programs such as AA, NA, Anger Management classes/groups, GED classes, etc. Also carried a Case Load doing on –going case management for Individuals while in the program.
