-Troubleshot and investigated problems in low voltage electrical equipment (circuit breakers, switchgears, ext.) in order to provide a full report with precise and succinct recommendations and modifications to the maintenance division. Contributed to preparing a proposal for utilities work. Prepared engineering calculations required to upgrade or replace certain equipment before contacting venders. Cooperated with engineers to solve electrical problems to investigate what the root cause is. Designed and reviewed electrical drawings for execution and installation.

Control IIT power system and Supply its microgird with renewable resources at Chicago IL (2017):

-Studied and simulated IIT microgrid power and control system where IIT mostly rely on renewable resources such as solar, wind, and natural gas to generate electricity in order to supply all school buildings and participate in the market. Derived mathematical and strategical approaches with a software implementation to find an optimal selection to weather supply electricity to IIT buildings using on-grid or off-grid. Design a stable and secure grid in 2017: Designed a virtual electric power grid using MATPOWER software to examine the power transfer from a particular area to another with the consideration of all necessary calculations and constraints (such as PTDF,LODF, ATC calculations, line contingencies and other constrains) to ensure high stability, reliability, security, and resilience in the system. Post-graduate Projects at IIT (2016 & 2017):

-Designing a power system grid and controlling its power flow and bus voltages as well as selecting appropriate breakers and fuses to protect the system from any type of faults using PSS\E and PowerWorld software.

-Scheduling microgrid generation with the consideration of forecasting errors for renewable sources.

-Coordinating multiple relays to clear any type of faults occur in the system using S&C electric software.

-Designing and simulating a portable battery charger for iPhone 6. Research papers (2014 & 2015) in Texas, United States:

-A research paper focused on Renewable Energies at University of Texas at Austin in 2015.

-A research paper focused on Transmission of Radio Waves at University of St. Thomas with an oral presentation given to undergraduate and graduate students with different backgrounds in 2014.
