As a State of Oklahoma employee was dual tasked as both a Project Manager and Asst. Director of Operations managing 24/7 day-to-day electronic toll collection operations and a mix of integrated technology, business processes, maintenance and upgrade of statewide IT systems including electronic tolling systems, hardware (including lane controllers, high speed networks, input/output devices, fiber, firewalls, optics, frame relay circuits, routers, switches, repeaters) and development of software applications. Managed highway construction projects throughout Oklahoma which included progress schedule preparation, material management, site coordination, subcontractor management and liaison with onsite project representatives. Additional responsibilities included providing assistance with pre-construction, compliance, planning and execution, and preparing estimates and construction documents.

Led a PCI DSS implementation project to update and upgrade the toll system secure network, protect cardholder data, implement a vulnerability management program, implement hardened access control measures, regularly monitor and test networks, and maintain an information security policy.
