Immediate delivery of business intelligence will support proactive and quick decisions in an increasingly competitive marketplace.

Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze information on existing business processes in order to make recommendations that seek to improve business systems and processes.

Created Mapplets, reusable transformations and used them in different mappings

Created Workflows and used various tasks like Email, Event-wait and Event-raise, Timer, Scheduler, Control, Decision, Session in the workflow manager.

Made use of Post-Session success and Post-Session failure commands in the Session task to execute scripts needed for clean up and update purposes.

Improved the performance of the mappings by moving the filter transformations early into the transformation pipeline, performing the filtering at Source Qualifier for relational databases and selecting the table with fewer rows as master table in joiner transformations.

Identified and tracked the slowly changing dimensions/mini dimensions, heterogeneous Sources and determined the hierarchies in dimensions.

Used Debugger in Identifying Bugs in Existing Mappings by Analyzing Data Flow, Evaluating Transformations.

Weekly meeting with the Project Management team and share the Status Report on the weekly basis.
