NYC DEP: Maintenance Supervisor 1996 – August 2016

•Operate and maintain wastewater pollution control plant under supervision of plant superintendent.

•Work includes scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance, setting up and locking out of equipment, vendor interface for major rehabilitation projects underway for cogeneration of power utilizing sludge digester byproduct methane gas as well as natural gas from local utility. •Maintain, operate and upgrade HVAC equipment including water chillers, Air handling units, air dampers, Boilers, electronic and pneumatic controls, climate control devices.

•Interface with various independent engineering and construction contractors for major maintainence and upgrade projects.

•Maintained and repaired transit tunnel lighting, third rail DC power, rail station lighting, utility AC power, and access and safety to crew of contractors.

NYC DOT: Engineering Technician 1989-1992

•Surveyed traffic intersections and traffic control devices on streets and highways for maintenance, repair and also to improve safety in terms of ever changing traffic pattern on streets and highways.
