Both of the pipelines will originate at the BHP Angostura Field approximately

44 km NE of the Trinidad coast. The NEO Pipeline will comprise of approximately 95 km of 36-inch diameter pipe, while the Tobago Pipeline will be approximately

54 km of 12-inch pipe. Both the NEO Pipeline and the Tobago Pipeline will have horizontally directionally drilled (HDD) shore approaches. The installation and

Commissioning of the pipelines and facilities is being executed by several contractors from several different vessels.

Subsea construction operations and salvage operations for ENI on the Caldiver1 DSV. The scope of work included the salvage of a platform in the GOM along with the assistance of the derrick crane barge “Pacific” for the lifting operations.

Senior Subsea Installation Coordinator/Expeditor, Anadarko Petroleum Company, Vessel “Ocean Intervention II” DPII, GOM. 07/09- 09/09

Overseeing the subsea installation for the Anadarko Neptune Cathodic Protection Retro Fit project. The installation consist of installing of Anode Sleds with umbilical’s which are now tied into the Neptune platform located at VK 825. The two new umbilicals are approximately 3,200 feet in length and in a water depth of 1930 FSW.

Offshore Vessel Inspection Manager/Expeditor, Anadarko Petroleum Company, Vessel “Kirt Chouest” DPII, GOM

Managing all activities aboard the” Kirt” Chouest DP II vessel for the deepwater inspections of several Spars and subsea equipment for Anadarko Petroleum. Overseeing all Vessel and inspection related activities during the ROV inspections of several Spars. UWILDs, UT testing, MT, CP testing, Anode ground wire installation along with the umbilical’s, Risers and flow lines, PLEMs, PLETs and mooring lines inspections in water up to 6000’ deep.. I had one working class ROV along with 31 personnel aboard under my management.

Offshore Construction Coordinator, Helix Energy Solutions Group, Vessel DPDSV “Eclipse”, Reliance Dhirubhai Development Project. Vishakhapatnam, India 07/08-01/09

Directed and Expedited planning and execution of subsea operations by Contractors onsite during the pipeline installation of (15) 24” spool pieces and 4 umbilical’s on the KG-D6 platform in the Bay of Bengal west coast of India. I ensured that all procedures and safety standards were followed during the inspections, maintenance and underwater interventions (sat diving and ROV operations) during the pipeline installation and pressure testing. I ensured that all IMCA regulations were executed in accordance with the agreed procedures. I monitored and ensured that the agreed scope of work was being completed in order to maintain the technical integrity of the Company Assets. I promoted, enforce and audit the maintenance of underwater equipment and personnel standards within all participating companies and within contractor organizations as they pertain to diving and ROV operational standards promulgated by Helix Energy Group. (Diving Centre of Excellence) and the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA).

Offshore Construction Representative, Chevron, North America Upstream Division, Tahiti Project”, GOM- Vessel Boa Deep “C” DP III 06/08-07/08

I championed the Diving and ROV operations planning phase for the stud replacements on the Tahiti spar. Assist in writing of procedures for the diving phase along with the Hazid/Risk Assessments and any MOC’s that where implemented on the DSV Boa Deep “C”. I worked closely with the sub contractors in the HAZID and SIMOPs planning along with the mock up of all tools that where to be used during the project. Offshore I was tasked with overseeing that all planning and procedure were followed by the entire team of contractor’s during the diving/ROV construction phase from the BOA Deep “C”. During which time I worked closely with the diving superintendents and company representatives from Acker Marine and Legacy Diving and also the chevron engineering team to ensure that all dive planning and procedures where being followed.

HSE Representative/Diving Inspector, Chevron North America Exploration “TAHITI Project”. Gulf Marine Fabricators (GMF) Aransas Pass TX and Vessel- Heerema “Balder” GOM 02/08- 06/08

Promote safety awareness and safe performance among project team members including consultants and contractor personnel. I conducted daily safety inspections/assessments on-site and in accordance with established project and site safety plans (IIF) or as requested by site team members. Identify and work to eliminate hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts; work with company contractors, and subcontractor management toward achieving an incidence and injury-free (IIF) work place. Conduct Incident root cause analysis on all significant near misses and advise site team of any. I Keep site management apprised of significant safety issues and plans/progress towards resolving issues and eliminating hazards. Advise site team of safety initiatives, issues, challenges, and incident investigations/follow-up. Support implementation of safety initiatives, achievements, experiences, and issues from other sites and projects with site team members and contractor/subcontractor safety site safety representatives/management. Monitor work processes to ensure compliance with the site work permit system and area/system responsibilities. Collect and share safety lessons learned with other sites and project and functional management. Observe all diving and ROV activities during the installation of all 12 pins (42”x14’) and all 6 belly strakes. Work with the engineers during the stud installation and tensioning phase of the belly strakes installation aboard the Heerema “Balder”.

SIMOPS/SAFETY Coordinator, Anadarko Petroleum Company, Independence HUB. GOM- 03/07- 11/07

As Simops/Safety Coordinator I was responsible for all Simops and Safety issue aboard the World record holder natural gas platform (LNG) The ANADARKO INDEPENDENCE HUB in 8,000 FSW during the Installation and commissioning, diving and ROV operations phases. I was responsible for preparing SIMOPS and Safety reports which I presented in formal meeting twice a day to all Anadarko and contract personnel. These reports informed all personnel of activities and potential hazards of SIMOPs being conducted on the HUB. I also review all work permits issued to contractors and conducted all worksite audits during the daily activities to ensure that all Anadarko safety policies and procedure where being followed during the commissioning phase of the HUB. This was a 1 yr. contract for the commissioning phase.

Subsea Construction Representative, Heerema Marine Contractors, DCV Thialf “Neptune” GOM 06/07- 07/07 (I conducted this project during time off from Anadarko.) Responsibilities included the overseeing of all Sat/Gas Diving and ROV procedures and IMCA regulations along with installations Procedures of all subsea operations during the Neptune TLP Hull installation for BHP billition in Green Canyon 617 in the GOM.
