Initially hired to create and build out a new staffing service for this creative talent placement firm: BOSS Business Applications [BBA] that would focus on providing candidates for the growing BI, Web Design, and Web Applications Development markets in the Greater Philadelphia area. This project was scrapped within 90 days of initialization due to lack of capitalization.
Subsequently asked to support the creative talent recruitment function, working as a Creative Talent Recruiter and as an Account Manager. Sourced, screened, tested, and placed both temp and perm talent in the Graphic Design and Web Design markets. Sold to new and existing accounts.
Final assignment involved the sourcing and direct placement of talent on a contingency fee basis. Talent verticals included: Marketing and Sales at the VP level, Account Management, Copywriting [Pharmaceutical and Technical Marketing], Creative and Art Direction [both print and interactive], and IT [Web Design and Development, Multimedia, Information Architecture, Programming, and Consulting].
