Rarely is that beneficial, but it lets future clients know we’re actually a business and we run multiple searches all the time. 💥How We Do It?💥 🌀 We strategically map the talent market based on what’s needed for any role. 🌀 Send targeted email campaigns that generate open rates averaging 40% to 90%. 🌀 LinkedIn direct messaging and InMails as needed. We work with select recruiting partners across the country that allow us to: 🔸 Have access to decades of experience across multiple industries. 🔸Access to deeper talent pools. 🔸We can take on any size search and fill roles at scale. 💥How Much We Charge💥 🌀Our starting fee for direct placements is 25% of a candidate’s first year base salary. That percentage could be more based on the search. 🌀 A non-refundable retainer will be required before the search commences along with a fully executed agreement. That amount will depend on the search. ‼️This retainer amount will be deducted from the total of the first placement.‼️ 🌀 Bill rates for contract staffing will vary.
