This client's Government Contracts and Public Procurement Practice Group represents clients in a wide array of industries and with all types of government contracts and public procurement matters, including bid protests and other contract-related litigation, contract negotiations, investigations, compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, technology licensing, cybersecurity, and government contract aspects of M&A transactions.

Who You Are?
You have 2-6 years of government contracts experience in government contracts litigation, counseling, advisory and/or transactional matters.
You have outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials.
You are admitted to the District of Columbia bar or can waive into the District of Columbia bar.

Associate Bonus Structure
Associates can count unlimited pro-bono and inclusion hours, and up to 100 pre-approved hours for knowledge management and business development activities, toward their bonus eligibility.
Additional high-hour bonuses are available at 2,100, 2,300, and 2,500 hours, and merit incentives are awarded to associates whose performance exceeds expectations, enhancing transparency in annual evaluations.
In 2025, the high-hours awards added 10–40% to the base bonus amount, and merit incentives added 10% or 20% to both the base bonus and high-hours awards. With these awards and incentives, our most senior associates were eligible for bonuses of up to $218,200, inclusive of special bonuses.
