We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Chef to lead the culinary program at a new, state-of-the-art venue in Stone Ridge, Virginia. This is a unique opportunity to shape the identity of a boutique-style restaurant with substantial private dining and event space.

About the Role:

As the Executive Chef, you will play a pivotal role in menu development, kitchen operations, and the overall culinary vision. The kitchen is fully turnkey, equipped with cutting-edge technology, and designed to support a premium dining experience. This position reports directly to the owner and offers the potential for long-term equity participation.

What We’re Looking For:

A premium culinary background, ideally with Michelin Star experience

Expertise in French classical cuisine is a plus

Farm-to-table experience is highly valued

Proven ability to design and execute exceptional menus

Strong leadership skills to build and manage a high-performing kitchen team

A passion for delivering memorable dining experiences
