Job Position: Branch Manager

Our client operates in the hydraulic and automation components industry, offering an array of products and services including hoses, fittings, instrumentation, lubrication, and filtration products. This pivotal role involves overseeing a diverse team, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will be the driving force behind the company's flagship brand and will have the opportunity to work with customers across multiple industries including power generation, agriculture, and food production. Responsibilities:

Oversee territory managers (outside sales), inside sales, admin, and operations/shipping/receiving.

Drive revenue growth and handle key accounts.

Navigate and manage relationships with customers at various levels, from purchasing agents to engineers to end users.Qualifications:

Able to leverage both relational and transactional sales styles.

Proven sales and supervisory success.

Familiarity with industrial products, preferably of the client's brand, is advantageous.

Self-motivated with a track record of P&L responsibility, team supervision, and successful growth strategies.
