Branch Manager - Tree Care Services

Premier Tree Specialists is a full-service tree care company built on the values of safety, professionalism, excellence, teamwork, and respect. Currently based in Cleveland, we’re expanding into Columbus and looking for the right person to lead the charge so that we can provide the same high-quality service that our customers expect and build a place where employees can grow their careers. You’ll be the face, the hands, and the mind behind our success in this new market—starting as a doer and growing into a leader.

Your Role:

You’ll launch, build, and manage our Columbus branch. In the early stages, you’ll be both:

In the field: quoting jobs, meeting with clients, managing and training crews

On the job: climbing, pruning, removals, and overseeing work

As the business grows, you’ll hire, lead, and manage a team of 5+ crews and the entire branch operation.

Responsibilities:

Meet with customers to provide expert evaluations and provide accurate proposals

Close sales and build customer relationships

Execute and oversee daily production with safety and efficiency

Hire, train, and manage field crews over time

Ensure job profitability and customer satisfaction

Coordinate with internal support (estimating, admin, equipment, etc.)

Track KPIs, job costing, and report to ownership

Build a winning branch culture and reputation in the Columbus market

What We’re Looking For:

An experienced tree care professional that wants to take on significant responsibility and ownership to take their career to the next level

Sales skills, the ability to confidently communicate with residential and commercial customers, and the drive to win

Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Grit, ownership mindset, and the desire to grow a business

ISA Certified Arborist or ability to become certified (preferred)

CDL or willingness to obtain (preferred)
