What Youâ ll Be Doing:

Taming backhoes, skid steers, and excavators like a pro.

Grading and shaping curbs to spec - because close enough isnâ t good enough.

Reading site plans, grades, and elevations like theyâ re your favorite novel.

Keeping your equipment in top shape with routine maintenance and safety checks.

Teaming up with site supervisors and concrete crews to keep projects on track.

What You Bring to the Table:

You must have at least 3+ years of experience operating excavation equipment to be considered for this job (bonus points for curb work).

A knack for fine grading and an eye for slope, drainage, and alignment.

Blueprint fluency and grade stake literacy.

A commitment to safety and precision.

A valid driverâ s license (CDL? Even better).
