Position Overview:

The Paralegal will support the corporate franchise office by managing and drafting legal documentation, and assisting with compliance filings. The ideal candidate has experience in contracts and accounting or finance.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and organize legal documents including contracts

Assist with legal research and case summaries

Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders

Stay informed about industry trends, policy changes, and legal developments

Collect and reconcile payments, fees, or royalty funds

Qualifications:

Paralegal certification or relevant legal studies (required)

Knowledge and experience with Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

2+ years of experience as a paralegal

Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

Ability to manage deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with QuickBooks, trust accounting, or legal billing systems (preferred)
