Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal specializing in Personal Injury cases. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings while ensuring compliance with legal practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.

Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support cases.

Prepare case files for trials and hearings, including organizing exhibits and witnesses.

Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information and provide updates on case status.

Maintain and organize case files, including documentation and correspondence, ensuring all information is up to date.

Assist in the drafting of settlement agreements and other legal documents as required.

Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field.

Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution.

Experience in personal injury law and litigation processes.

Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in legal research databases and case management software.
