Client Success Manager that is passionate about being a strategic consultant to our client relationship relationship.
The Sr.
CS Manager will consistently develop and maintain working relationships with internal marketing partners as well as Zeta at the appropriate level and will serve as the operational expert for their assigned accounts.
In this role you will oversee all aspects of campaign execution to ensure client goals are met and work in tandem with the sales team to outline strategic opportunities for business growth and avenues for success.
Responsibilities: * Apply knowledge of client & Zeta offerings, client goals/objectives, industry trends, etc.
to develop strategic recommendations for account growth, performance improvements, creative enhancements etc.
* Coordinating with the cross teams develop and manage a client roadmap outlining major milestones, testing and opportunities * Proactively identify opportunities for program enhancements and incremental revenue and work with the sales team to pitch new opportunities to the clients * Coordinate and manage campaign executions, including custom creative build-outs, set-up of assets, development of campaign timelines, data pulls based on client audience targeting and organization of campaign documentation * Conceptualize and manage project timelines, coordinating with internal teams to meet client goals * Serve as point person for all campaign requests and communication with client, including creative changes, pacing reports, performance reports, client meetings, campaign recommendations, etc.
* Lead weekly client status meetings and develop client-facing documentation to track deliverables * Liaise with internal teams, maintaining clear documentation to track deliverables Desired Skills and Experience: * 6+ years' experience in online advertising within the Account Management, Client Services, Project Management or similar function * Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture relationships and work effectively at all levels of the decision process * Ability to manage multiple projects in an accelerated environment, while maintaining careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to think strategically and problem solve * Financial Services & Banking experience preferred * Retail experience as a secondary * Proficient in Microsoft, Salesforce, Workday, JIRA, Basecamp, Slack, & applicable SAAS products * Excellent business writing, training, communication, organizational and presentation skills * Location: Columbus, OH * Travel as needed for Quarterly Meetings SALARY RANGE This is a 1099 contract position, compensation will be commensurate with experience PEOPLE & CULTURE AT ZETA Zeta considers applicants for employment without regard to, and does not discriminate on the basis of an individual's sex, race, color, religion, age, disability, status as a veteran, or national or ethnic origin; nor does Zeta discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.
