Client Relationship Executive – Retirement Plan Services (Hybrid)
Overview:
Are you passionate about building long-lasting client relationships and delivering strategic retirement plan solutions? This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high-impact book of business and help clients achieve long-term success in their retirement programs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the Go-To Partner: Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of retirement plan clients, with book values ranging from $1K to $2M in revenue.
Lead Strategic Accounts: Manage complex, multi-national retirement plan clients with confidence and professionalism.
Drive Growth: Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to meet goals for total account selling, cross-selling, and upselling.
Mentor & Guide: Provide coaching and mentorship to the Client Manager service team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Own the Account Strategy: Develop and lead execution of strategic account plans and annual service calendars, aligning internal teams to meet client goals.
Solve with Impact: Direct cost-effective strategies to reduce risk and ensure seamless implementation of client-focused solutions.
Smooth Onboarding: Lead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring services sold are delivered on time and to expectations.
Orchestrate the Details: Manage support team efforts including meeting scheduling, deliverable timelines, and oversight of service execution.
Deliver with Excellence: Review and approve key client deliverables such as investment reports, compliance notifications, and market analysis.
Ensure Revenue Health: Monitor and support timely revenue collection across assigned accounts.
What You’ll Bring:
Strong relationship management skills and the ability to influence at all levels
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the retirement plan industry
FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 or Series 7 and 65 licenses required
AIF® designation preferred
Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
