Accounting Technician

Our company is seeking a skilled individual in accounting to join our team. The position involves managing bookkeeping records, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy in all accounting activities in our company's crypto trading operations.

Responsibilities:

- Maining accurate and up-to-date financial records for our client's crypto buying and selling transactions.

- Conducted daily reconciliation of cash deposits with bank(s) and generated well-organized reports to guarantee transaction accuracy.

- Monitor all transactions regularly and provide updates to management to ensure prompt resolution of any issues.

- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategies to management to drive operational efficiencies.

- Collaborate with Accounting, Trading, and Compliance teams to develop 10+ comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs).

Job Requirements:

- Completion of a college program in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or Business.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the accounting or bookkeeping industry.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, and QuickBooks.

- Strong skills in time management and teamwork.

- Strong skills in learning new materials and adapting to a fast-paced working environment.

- Proficiency in English.
