This amazing role of Front office/Back office assistant requires strong organizational abilities, standard technical/clinical proficiencies, and strong communication and administrative skills.

Job Duties /Tasks / Responsibilities

- Responsible for daily cleanliness & hygiene of equipment, products, and treatment areas. Room to be left stocked and cleaned per standards at beginning and end of each shift.

- Responsible for actively promoting the treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available

- Responsible for cultivating professional and personalized relationships with regular clients.

- Responsible for Assist Doctor with Aesthetic Procedures; assist with charting.

- Responsible for Preparing the room and patient before aesthetics procedure (Take pictures, etc.)

- Responsible for assessing clients’ physical health, including vital signs, physical assessment.

- Responsible for accurately booking, changing and cancelation of appointments in the Spa office system.

- Responsible for ensuring that the check-in and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy by processing credit card and credit transactions accurately thus protecting the company’s assets.

- Responsible for being aware of all treatments offered and any promotions being offered .

- Responsible for recommending retail in-house products to clients.

- Responsible for achieving sales targets as set by the Spa Manager.

- Responsible for Sending documents via HelloSign and Sending welcome packages out to knew clients.

- Responsible for arriving 15 minutes before the start of your shift to allow sufficient time to prepare for your workday in the Spa.

- Responsible for keeping work area clean and neat at all times.Maintain reception areas in a neat and orderly condition.

- Responsible for assisting with demonstrations/ events as required.

- Responsible for stocking treatment supplies upon arrival and logging them in to Spa office system.

- Responsible for keeping up the high standard of treatment and service.

- Responsible for reporting dysfunctional equipment to Spa Management.

- Responsible for maintaining a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene as set by Spa.

- Responsible for administering injection and setting up intravenous treatments as per Spa standard.

- Responsible for performing any other duties deemed reasonable by management.

- Responsible for being courteous to guests and other members of staff at all times.Ensuring an impactful, enjoyable, and efficient visit for each patient.

Education and Experience:

- Graduate of a certified medical assistant/ EMT training course preferred.

- High school graduate or equivalent required.

- Excellent command of the English and Spanish language in communicating both verbally and non-verbally
