Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet the business needs of our organization. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, and experience with Salesforce development best practices.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to support business processes and workflows.

Customize and configure Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other development tools.

Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions and specifications.

Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.

Document technical designs, implementation plans, and development standards for Salesforce projects.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Stay current with Salesforce updates, features, and best practices to continuously improve development processes and capabilities.

Provide training and support to end users and administrators on Salesforce functionality, best practices, and customization techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Administrator with development experience.

Strong technical skills in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and formula fields.

Proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, schema design, and data migration techniques.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) is required.

Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Lightning Experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Salesforce development tools and environments such as Salesforce DX, VS Code, and Git.

Experience with Salesforce integrations using middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Informatica.

Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development frameworks.

Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall software development methodologies.

Experience with Salesforce Communities, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud is a plus.
